As a mother & wife who runs a woman-owned, small business I wear many hats like Principle Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counsler, Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor, REIKI Practitioner, Tamara Energy Practitioner, Tapping Practitioner, PADI Divemaster and Ho'oponopono Practitioner, My passion and community service is assisting you by focusing on a healthy body/mind approach through medical massage and ayurveda.
With a medley of Eastern and Western modalities to choose from I will provide a tailored treatment to accommodate your body-mind-spirit. I specialize in Myofascial Release Therapy.
